If our visitors don't want any insurance, they must inform us or write it down in order to register that decision It's good to remember if you buy a plane ticket with a VISA credit card then you automatically have insurance for attendance and repatriation. DOCUMENTATIONThe documents that visitors must carry are: - Passport - Vaccination certificate. Our visitors are subject to Bolivian laws, regulations and taxes and should be able to produce the above documents on demand. ADVICESBecause of the environment our clients need to be aware of what they are exposed to: off road trips, hikes , safaris, trekking, hunting, fishing and others can be suspended due to weather. We have specialized paramedics for our guests 24 hours a day. We appreciate the prudence of clients and advise them to listen to the guides at all times. We reserve the right to ask a client to leave the group, package or hotel if his/her behaviour is deemed by us to be inappropriate. In Bella Vista there is no malaria.
FORCE OF NATURE In case of unexpected problems, as strikes, inclement weather or other reasons not related or dependent to us, we will react based on the events. There will not be a reimbursement in any case of the period after the lodging or of a day in the lodge because of a momentary stop of one or more predicted activities.
